Student Fee includes admission to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and Welcome Reception.
To enjoy student rate, one must be a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. A copy of your student ID must be presented for verification upon request.
Registration Policy for Authors:
All accepted abstracts must be registered by at least one author.
Each registration is valid for the presentation of maximum TWO submissions. Registered author must be one of the authors for both submissions. Submission refers to an oral or poster presentation.
Groups of 10 or more delegate registrations enjoy a 10% discount
Only group payment via bank transfer will be accepted.

Select bank transfer at checkout. Do not make payment.
Once all in the group has registered, contact HR or appoint a representative to collate the registration IDs and email to secretariat@icbme.org.sg for follow up.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be made via email to secretariat@icbme.org.sg. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Cancellations received up to and including 8 November 2024: 90% of paid registration fee
