  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • All rooms and facilities at The Ridge are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of SGD 300.00 will be imposed if evidence of smoking is detected.
  • Upon commencement of the stay, no refunds, reductions, or adjustments will be granted for early departures, reduced room nights, or partial utilisation of services. The full confirmed booking value shall remain payable.
  • Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a conducive environment for learning and rest.
  • All guest must present:
    • A valid government-issued photo identification (Passport or NRIC), and
    • Proof of NUS affiliation (e.g. invitation letter, official faculty email, or event registration confirmation).
    • The name on the identification must strictly match the booking details.

Cancellation Policy

  • At least 30 days prior arrival date – no cancellation charge incurred.
  • Less than 30 days prior arrival date including no-shows – subjected to a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total confirmed booking value.
