To enjoy student rate, one must be a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. A copy of your student ID must be presented for verification upon request.

Participants affiliated with institutions located in countries classified by the World Bank as Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income economies are eligible for the LMIC rate.

All accepted abstracts must be registered by at least one author.
Each registration is valid for the presentation of maximum TWO (2) submissions. Registered author must be one of the authors for both submissions. Submission refers to an oral or poster presentation.

All cancellation requests must be made via email to secretariat@icbme.org.sg. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Cancellations received up to and including 8 November 2026: 90% of paid registration fee
Cancellations after 8 November 2026: No refund
